I have a major sweet tooth; I mean honestly, don’t we all? It can be hard to balance healthy eating while still satisfying my cravings and enjoying life. How can you live the Mediterranean way? Start simple: build your meals around vegetables, incorporate olive oil instead of butter into your cooking, swap sugary treats for fruit and maintain an active lifestyle.
